DIY Enthusiast? Self-build or renovating your home? Looking for replacement lamps or updating your lighting? Why not pop in to one of our friendly branches or give us a call and “buy where the trade buy”. Our team can help you with everything from lighting design to home automation as well as decorative switches, showers, smoke detectors and a host of other electrical supplies you would expect to find at any one of the mainstream DIY retailers. We can also put you in contact with approved electrical contractors.
Our people
Our people are without doubt the biggest asset we have. With a wealth of electrical knowledge and experience, employees of 3Line are highly trained, absolutely dedicated to customer service and genuinely want to help.
Delivery
We have a fleet of vans, and offer same and next day local delivery – free of charge. Our dedicated team are always happy to go the extra mile and will deliver straight to site, and at unsociable hours
Trade counter
Our welcoming trade counters are open from 7:30 until 17:30 Monday to Friday, and offer you the chance to browse our stock, collect materials, have a cup of coffee and take advice from our experienced team.
Stock Holding
Across our Central Distribution Store in Peterborough and our branches we have a stock holding of approximately £3million. We use only approved manufacturers, selected for their brand identity and reputation for quality. With a link van running from our Central Distribution Store to our branches we are able to offer a first class supply service.

The My.3Line customer zone gives you online access to manage your own account and offer a host of tools to help you manage your existing customer base and win future business.
Customer Support Centre
Our Customer Support Centre operates alongside our branches and offers an enhanced level of support and service to all of our customers. Experts in My.3Line and 3.ssentials, it is staffed by experienced 3 Line people who really want to help and enhance the close relationships that we have with our expanding customer base.
Lighting Design
With strong supplier relationships and in house lighting experts, we can help with a lighting design or facilitate a project through one of our branded manufacturers.
Calibration days
Drop your test meter off on one of our frequent calibration days and we will have it calibrated for you at a competitive “One day only” price.
AWEBB
As well as our own trade counters, dealing with 3 Line also gives you access to AWEBB, one of the UK’s largest networks of independent electrical distributors. 3 Line Electrical are part of Electracentre, the national framework of AWEBB branches. Electracentres are Independent Electrical Wholesalers working together to provide unrivalled national support for trade customers. Carbon Trust
The Carbon trust offer help via a capital contribution scheme to projects that qualify for funding. Projects that qualify are generally due to the carbon reducing nature of the products being replaced (Eg. LED lighting etc). We work with some of our key manufacturers to help manage this process and facilitate the funding application. Ask us for details.
